The new board of Venture has recently made several changes, delivering a strategy which is designed to provide a platform for the Jupiter clay-hosted, rare-earth project to shine. Jupiter is a high-grade project of significant scale which is strategically located within an existing mining precinct in Western Australia. The project is supported with infrastructure being two-and-a-half hours from the port of Geraldton on a bitumen highway and in proximity to two, rare earth refineries. The strategy has been validated by institutional investors that participated in the placement, to raise $6m, announced earlier this month. This notably included significant, cornerstone investments from Lion Selection Group and NorthStar Impact Fund. The funds raised, along with proceeds of the sale of the Riley Iron Ore Mine, see Venture’s strategy funded for 18 months. This includes delivery of metallurgical testwork followed by the highly-anticipated release of the maiden resource for Jupiter in Q4 of this year. Venture is currently offering shareholders the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan, which represents the last opportunity for investors to assist in funding the company prior to the release of these significant milestones.
